We specialize in HR Research at the individual, team and organizational levels. This enables us to place a diagnostic of competency gaps and training needs of the organization at the heart of what we do. Evaluating the effectiveness of training allows for the assessment of results. We use standard tools and solutions which are "customizable". We make sure that the tests are conducted fairly, and the results reflect the actual changes that were initiated during the training. Our research is conducted both on paper and through our on-line platform.
