Executive Briefings

AIM Implementation Management Methodology

This fast-paced, interactive program provides a basic understanding of the AIM implementation management methodology and the benefits of a structured approach to change.

Executives will typically use the same implementation management strategies in the future as they have used in the past, unless a conscious effort is made to understand the pattern and impact of past implementation practices. Given Executives’ role as Sponsors of major initiatives, it’s extremely important for them to understand how their actions impact the success or failure of a project.

This customized session will highlight opportunities for acceleration and achieving the anticipated Return on Investment on your organization’s business-critical initiatives.

Participants receive a detailed assessment of the organization’s Implementation History in order to pinpoint inhibitors and identify leverage points to accelerate implementation.

We recommend at least 3 hours; however, depending on the audience and client’s desired outcomes, the program may be customized from 2 to 4 hours long.
