AIM Implementation Management Methodology

This practical on-site workshop gives intact project teams a core foundation in the AIM methodology and how it can be applied to project and business strategy implementations.

Participants learn the proven ten-step process that’s covered in the Introduction to AIM program, plus how to use AIM assessment and planning tools to accelerate their own specific project implementation.

Team members then use their new skills and knowledge to design and deliver a real-world Sponsor presentation with actionable steps that can be applied to their own project.

 

Target Group

Members of an intact project team, in some cases; it may be possible to combine more than one project team in the same workshop.

 

Participant Deliverables:

  1. A clear and compelling Business Case for Action
  2. Initial work on a Communication Strategy
  3. Key role mapping for the team’s project
  4. A partially completed presentation for Sponsors
  5. The components of a high-level implementation plan with actionable next steps tailored to the team’s specific project
